All items must be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the receipt.

Please notify us at florenceswardrobeworld@gmail.com with your order number and name, before returning any items.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account. ​​

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds to items that do not arrive or arrive damaged.

​Please make sure to put your name and order number in the return package​

Sale items and items purchased with a promotional discount are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
